such a few good notes for CV (AIESEC story #1)




















 I became an AIESECer since August 2009.
After I apply for the second time, finally I accepted as a member. Then I involved in Go green ADHOC as a staff – October 2009. After that, I involved in Task force team of PboX HIV/AIDS 2010 December 2009 – January 2010 by having some responsibilities, such as make a project planning, doing Marketing for Sponsorship and TN (Trainee Nominee), and make sure the project program. In this time, I learn so much, because I really felt the real AIESEC culture.

I continue my step by involve in Organizing Committee Vice President of Publication and Decoration PboX HIV/AIDS 2010, January-June 2010. Then I did design media publications, Prepare publication tools and Design and decorate stage. maintain media partner and prepare press release with VP Communication, and also coordinate staff to create concepts ,controlling and evaluating the staff performance. I definitely got much more learning here about being a leader, management, hard skills, soft skill, work with deadline and under pressure, etc. again, I want to take a higher role by being manager of Media Cooperation, Communication Department , June 2010 – Now , with responsibilities such have research about All Media, data base about Media Partner , Raise , Maintain, controlling and evaluating Media Partner Performance, make press Release when AIESEC have big event , Compile all material and administration data, and also together with VP Comm. Build Brand Guideline, Controlling LC Branding, Send Report.

I had a plan to go exchange when I just started my new position as Media Cooperation manager on July 2010. First, I had a plan to go to Turkey. and ... (to be continue)
